• Gift Certificates are redeemable for one, three or six months of 1/2 hour weekly lessons (Specified on front of gift certificate)

• Once the student sets up a lessons time, the student agrees to continue with the chosen instrument and teacher for the duration of the gift certificate.

• The one, three or six month period will not begin until the student redeems the Gift Certificate in person.

• Before lessons begin, the student must fill out and sign the DMAS Registration and Gift Certificate Policy forms.

• After the one, three or six month period is concluded, the student may choose to stay and begin the regular monthly billing.

• If the gift certificate is for an already existing student, they will simply not be billed for the duration of the gift certificate.

• If the student chooses to terminate lessons before the gift certificate's duration has concluded, the remaining time will be forfeited.

• No refunds can be issued. *

• Gift Certificates have zero cash value.
