Tuition - Monthly Tuition is Due in Advance for the Month Ahead and is Due no later than the 1st of Each Month. Payments Not Received by the 1st Will Incur a $10 Late Fee. An Invoice Will be Emailed to You Each Month, About a Week Before it is Due. You Can Pay Via Credit Card Through the Invoice, or With Cash, Card, or Check In-Person. Please Note That if Paying in Person, Your Bill is Still Due on the 1st of Each Month.

Missed/Cancelled Lessons - Your Reserved Lesson Time Will be Charged for Whether or Not the Student Attends. We are Unable to Refund or Credit Missed Lessons or Cancellations. When Your Instructor is Absent, an Alternative Instructor will be Provided, or the Lesson will be Rescheduled.
With a Minimum 24-Hour Written Notice to the Studio, an Alternative Time/Day Can be Offered, If Available, But Only on the Same Week of The Lesson That Will be Missed.
In the Instance of a Planned Vacation, We Will be Happy to Deduct that Week's Tuition From your Monthly Bill, Provided We Receive at least 2-Weeks Written Notice to the Studio. We Can Also Try to Reschedule Your Lesson, if We Can Make That Work.
If for Any Reason You Must Miss a Scheduled Lesson, Please Help us Out by Trying to Give us Some Sort of Written Notce (or Call!). This Allows us to More Efficiently Schedule Make-Up Lessons For our Students. It's Also Just Nice When the Teacher is Not Stuck Waiting for a Student who Cannot be Here for Their Scheduled Lesson.
Lesson Discontinuation - Please Give us a Heads Up as Far in Advance as You Can if you Need to Terminate Lessons. Lessons Paid for Cannot be Refunded, and After Two Weeks of No-Call/No-Shows, Your Scheduled Lesson Time Will be Made Available to Other Students.
