Tuition

  • Half Hour Weekly Lesson - $100/month (For 5 Week Months: $125/month)

  • Hour Weekly Lesson - $180/month (For 5 Week Months: $225/month)

  • Monthly Tuition is due in advance for the month ahead and is due on the 1st of each month. 

  • If you have any issues with paying on time, please, call, text or email us to let us know. Communication goes a LONG way! 

  • An invoice will be emailed to you each month, about a week before it is due. You can pay via credit card online, or with cash, card or check at the studio.

 

​Holiday Schedule

 

  • Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve and New Years Day, Descant Music WILL BE CLOSED.

  • If your lesson day falls on one of those holidays, you will not be charged for it and your invoice will automatically be adjusted.

 

Missed or Canceled Lessons

 

  • If you call out the day of your scheduled lesson, or no-call/no-show, that lesson IS NOT rescheduled. (Please understand, the teacher is already paid for that day.)

  • Any day prior to your scheduled lesson, if you know you cannot attend your lesson, let us know and we will try to reschedule that lesson. If there are no available times that work out, the following month’s invoice will be prorated to reflect that missed lesson.

  • If you know ahead of time of a vacation, let us know and we can either try to reschedule or reduce that month’s invoice. 

  • If your instructor is absent, an alternative instructor will be provided, or the lesson will be rescheduled. (We will inform you of any changes as soon as we know.)  Once again, if there are no available times that work out, the following month’s invoice will be prorated to reflect that missed lesson.

 

​Lesson Discontinuation

 

  • Please give us a heads up as far in advance as you can if you need to terminate lessons.  

  • Lessons paid for CANNOT BE REFUNDED

  • After two weeks of no-call/no-shows, your scheduled lesson time will be made available to other students.

COVID-19 Compliance

 

We now have IN-PERSON Piano, Guitar and Voice lessons by appointment only. Please call or email us for times and availability.

​

  • Masks are not mandatory, but if you feel more comfortable with one on, please feel free.

  • If you would like the teacher to wear a mask, please feel free to ask.

  • We have proper ventilation throughout building

  • There are Hepa air purifiers in each practice room

  • Do not come to studio if showing symptoms associated with Covid-19, such as fever and dry cough.
